- An artificial demon newly created based on experimental data from "Saya cells" that the UFS obtained after they had been left in an underground experimental facility in Tokyo Kingdom. In order to eliminate the instability in the first generation's awakened state, she was developed without considering the change from human form to awakened form, and was created to be a biological weapon for efficient operation. However, she went out of control during an experiment, destroyed the UFS research facility, and escaped. Since there were no master control settings for her, unlike what the earlier Oboro clones had, the human-created stray demon is now running around slaughtering as she pleases. While she cannot drastically transform like the first generation could, Saya NEO displays combat skills beyond that of the first generation because of her stabilized demonic power.
